✅ Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel, please email us at [Insert Email] or call [Insert Contact Number].
After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the product (see below).
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Expired product delivered
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
Used or opened products
Products without original packaging
Personal care items (e.g., lipsticks, skincare creams) due to hygiene reasons, unless defective
Change of mind or dislike of fragrance/texture
💸 Refund Terms
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be made via UPI/bank transfer after return verification.
