6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make 1–3 delivery attempts at the provided address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as undeliverable and no refund or replacement will be issued, as per our policy.

8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the item(s) inside
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
