Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Agency” refers to AU1 Plus, operating as a recruitment and job placement service provider.
• “Client” refers to any individual, company, or organization that seeks to hire personnel through AU1 Plus.
• “Candidate” refers to any individual introduced by AU1 Plus to a Client for potential employment.

2. General Terms

By using the services of AU1 Plus, both Clients and Candidates agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the Agency and all users of its services.

3. Agency Services

AU1 Plus provides recruitment and job placement services, connecting qualified Candidates with Client employment opportunities.

We do not guarantee employment for Candidates or the hiring of any Candidate by a Client.

4. Client Obligations

• Clients must provide complete, accurate job descriptions, candidate requirements, and compensation details.
• Clients agree not to share Candidate details with any third party without the written consent of AU1 Plus.

5. Candidate Obligations

• Candidates must provide truthful and complete information, including personal details, qualifications, and employment history.
• Misrepresentation by Candidates during the recruitment process is strictly prohibited.

6. Fee Structure

• AU1 Plus charges service fees to Clients upon the successful placement of a Candidate.
• The exact fee and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the recruitment process.
• Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the Candidate’s gross annual salary unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment Terms

• Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the Candidate’s joining date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest or additional charges as outlined in the invoice.

8. Guarantee Period & Refund Policy

• A guarantee period ranging from 30 to 90 days (as mutually agreed) applies for permanent placements.
• If a Candidate leaves or is terminated during the guarantee period, AU1 Plus will provide a one-time free replacement.
• Refunds will be offered only if a replacement cannot be provided and must be requested in writing.

9. Confidentiality

• All information exchanged between AU1 Plus, the Client, and the Candidate is to be treated as confidential.
• No party shall disclose sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without prior written approval.

10. Liability

• AU1 Plus is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from employment decisions made by Clients or Candidates.
• While we conduct basic screenings, detailed background checks will be performed only if explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.
• All ongoing recruitment activities or payment obligations must be fulfilled even after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Haryana, India]. Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

13. Amendments

AU1 Plus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
